FAQ
This varies a lot depending on the piece and my current workload! I’ll give you an estimate when we confirm your details. In general, though, pencil work will be completed within 1-2 weeks. Digital paintings may take 2-4+ weeks.
You can share my work on any social platform with credit to me/one of my social accounts. If it’s a commission with someone’s OC, it’s best to ask the commissioner as well before reposting their character. If you’d like to upload my art to a private gallery/a server outside of social media, just send me a message about it!
I encourage any/all sharing of my artwork by those who respect artists and the artistic process in general.
I hunt thieves to the ends of the internet. I have filed numerous successful take down notices, including with large sites such as Reddit and Instagram. I do routine reverse image searches of my work and watch many popular platforms for violations of my copyrights. I take this shit very seriously, so please don’t waste my time and energy or yours. We both have better things to do with our mortal lives.
Absolutely, just give me the best written description you can.
By default, I’ll ship the finished pencil art to your billing address unless you tell me otherwise.
If you’re interested in having digital art printed, let me know. I can assist with this upon request.
Totally depends on your location. Continental U.S. can expect 2-10 business days once the piece is complete, and most international customers can expect 2-6 weeks.
Yes! Just let me know your desired size. I can either work on a page of the correct size, or order a high quality print that is scaled up to your preferred size.
Within reason, I can create digital variations of most artwork (including pencil work). This includes things like color variations, crops of different dimensions, creation of transparent .png files, saving multiple file formats, saving files appropriate for printing, etc. Just ask! A lot of this can be done at no extra cost.
Yes!

Remember, AI was trained on artwork stolen from people like me. I’ve been digitally painting since 2005. AI looks like it does because real artists were painting that way first, and corporations saw the quality and marketability of our work, but not the value of us as people.
*Long answer: there is a difference between generative AI and everyday digital rendering tools that, whether I want it or not, are being upgraded with more and more AI features all the time. I do use Adobe Photoshop’s adjustment layers (including occasional auto settings) and simple rendering tools (such as creating fibrous or crackle textures), and similar things, but these kinds of tools have been around for decades.
I also do occasional post-processing lighting and color adjustments in other image editors with various “smart” features, such as Google Photos, which may re-render aspects of my original image in ways I do and don’t see.
You may or may not get a positive result when running my digital paintings through AI “detectors.” I will provide WIPs for any/all of the digital work posted on this site if asked. As with anything, if you have questions, just ask!
